Here, you don’t have to tone yourself down or be a model (because it’s not a styled shoot, it’s your wedding). That means your sister might whisper something in your ear that makes you both laugh, your best friend might give a slightly unhinged toast, and someone’s tie might end up around their head by 10 p.m. (and nobody will care!) 

I’m not here to turn you into someone else, because you don’t need to change anything to be worth documenting.

At some point during your wedding reception, you’ll look around and realize everyone you love showed up for you. That’s reason enough to capture it right.

As a former teacher, I love a timeline, anticipate needs, ask thoughtful questions, and send reminders before you think to ask for them. From the moment you inquire to the moment your album is in your hands, you’ll know exactly what’s happening next.

This is how you end up:

Cleaning out your glove box and finding a photostrip from the reception, slightly bent, still perfect.

Scrolling for a screenshot and accidentally hit that photo of your dad laughing during the toasts.

With your best friend texting the dance floor pic again with “I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED” and you laugh like it’s happening all over again.
